  "Started off searching the internet for a vehicle. An ad came up for CYV Chev and contacted them about the Acadia. Did all the approval work off site since we live 3 hrs away. Everyone involved kept me informed and aware of what was going on. This was the most proffesional experience buying a vehicle. All of our future purchases will be done at CYV Chev.   BUYER BEWARE....stay away from this dealership unless you want to absolutely get ripped off. They ILLEGALLY PASSED a MVI before “repairing” the vehicle we purchased, then assured us that everything was great on it, therefore we bought it, paid cash even, left the lot, had it for a couple weeks, noticed something was wrong with it, took it to the GM dealership in Fredericton, NB where they told us that it needed over $1,000 in repairs (but offered us 30%off to fix CYV’s mess) and also saidthat it should have never passed the inspection. The brakes were metal to metal and VERY dangerous for us to drive it. We went back to CYV Chevrolet where the manager told us that he would not repair it because it would cost him more money and it’s not worth it.......REALLY? He took the vehicle back, gave us the money we paid for it (after I argued and told him that what they did was illegal), but refused to pay for the money we had put in it already and pretty much told us to shove it. So now we are out of the 4x4 vehicle we really need, wasted our time and money and we have to search for another vehicle elsewhere. WORST SERVICE EVER. They lost loyal customers for a job that would have cost them actually less than $500 since they already had the parts and the technicians to fix our vehicle.
