  Worst service ever! Prepare to wait or get picked up if you're having anything done because they never have a service vehicle to lend to you. The girl at the service counter is rude- she walked away from me while i was trying to explain a sound i've been hearing with my car and the reason i booked the appointment. And I always have to call and check in with them because even though they have my number on file, and i've confirmed it with them, nobody ever calls me to let me know that they're done.

  A few weeks ago, my car was in for service.The staff in the service department were very professional and friendly. A great big thank-you to Nick, service manager, who went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. In the past I have had oil changes, etc. done at Valley Honda with excellent results. Keep up the great work!
